I was born and raised in Kobe, an international port city. In my twenties, I studied abroad in New York State, where I experienced diverse cultures and connected with people from around the world. Having also experienced the challenges that can arise from differences in language, culture, and business customs, I place great importance on helping overseas clients navigate real estate transactions in Japan with confidence and peace of mind.

After returning to Japan, I have spent approximately 17 years working in the real estate industry, gaining hands-on experience across various aspects of the real estate lifecycle, including development, operations, value enhancement, and brokerage. During my time in commercial property management, I was also involved in REIT-related operations, which gave me a broader perspective on real estate not only as a place to live, but also as a long-term asset.

Through these experiences, I have come to believe that real estate is not simply a physical property, but something deeply connected to a person’s lifestyle, future plans, and long-term vision.
